    New seminar scheduled!!  This seminar will focus on all the different levels of exercise and types.  I'll also have demonstrations of them all.  It will range from body weight exercises, stability ball exercises, band and tude exercises, Dumbbell exercises, Cardio Fit workouts, Metabolic Training as done by proffessional MMA athletes, Cross Fit (you'll get to see one of my clients do some of the most extreme exercises ever preformed), power exercises, balance exercises, stability workouts, SQA(speed, quickness, agility) workouts, exercises used by athletes, and much much more.

    I'll also be covering how to do progressions.  This allows guaranteed results all the time.  I'll also be showing the real way of adjusting the exercises to prevent plateaus and increase results.  Not the untrue ways seen in magazines or by trainers that use magazines to learn about exercises. 

    And finally I'll tie everything together explaining how to maximize muscle growth, development, max fat loss, prevent overtraining, and much more!!!!
